How does it work?
We use HIPAA-compliant software that protects your privacy for holding your sessions through online videoconferencing. You just go to a website to “meet” your therapist. You do not have to download anything or even create a login. If it fits you better, you could opt to download an app to your phone and have a therapy session that way.
We offer a free 15-minute phone or online consultation in which we can determine together whether tele-therapy can be an effective and appropriate fit for you.
