Mental Health Individual & Couples Therapist Position

Evolve Therapy is group private practice comprised of experienced and skilled couple therapists dedicated the growth and understanding of Emotionally Focused Therapy. We are a group practice made of therapists and support staff that is accessible, responsive and emotionally engaged with our team members and our clientele.
We are hiring more great therapists who would enjoy being part of a team atmosphere.

Evolve Therapy is unique in that we all work from the same model, we support each other’s growth. We work as a team to thrive together and individually. We are currently working via tele-health due to COVID-19 and as we transition out of the pandemic there will be opportunity for tele-health and in person therapy.

We are expanding and looking for someone who wants to grow in their clinical development as well as in their overall level of professionalism as a therapist. We are passionate about helping clients heal and grow, primarily through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other models grounded in attachment theory. We specialize in couples counseling, family therapy and working with individuals regarding relationship distress.

About the position:
This is a full-time employment (Employee/W2) position which includes a minimum of 15-20 client contact hours a week, with additional time dedicated to the tasks associated with client care (progress notes, treatment planning, consultation etc). The work schedule will be determined, and will include a mixture of days, evenings and Saturdays.

Professional Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related mental health field from an accredited University program

  • Minnesota Licensure (preferred) or pre-licensure status, currently working with a Supervisor

  • Enrollment in, completion of, or plan to enroll in EFT Externship and/or Core Skills (or the sincere intention to do so)

 
The ideal candidate:

  • Is interested and/or experienced in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, with the ability to effectively see distress from an attachment perspective

  • Is willing to be emotionally accessible so that vulnerable connections can form with clients, colleagues and supervisors

  • Is best suited for therapists who prefer to join the community of a group practice rather than working in your own solo practice.

Schedule:

  • This position is a full-time therapy position. This includes 15+ client contact hours/week in addition to time necessary to successfully tend to the administrative tasks associated with a busy private practice case load.

  • The work schedule will include evenings and Saturdays.
